The Sunbeam factory, which was built in the early 1900s, has been a prominent landmark in Wolverhampton for over a century. Once a bustling hub of manufacturing activity, the factory was home to the production of some of the most iconic motorcycles and cars of its time. Paragon Living Space's plans aim to transform the factory into a vibrant residential community while preserving its heritage. The conversion will include the construction of 171 contemporary flats, designed to cater to the needs of modern-day residents. The flats will feature state-of-the-art amenities and will be designed to maximise natural light and space.
